Colleges and universities: Capitalize college and university when part of the official name, otherwise lowercase. Always spell out the full name of the college on first reference.

Individuals: Always use an individual’s first and last name on first reference. Include middle initials only if it is the preference of the individual. If the individual goes by more than one initial, use periods but no spaces between the initials. W.E.B. DuBois.

The Foundation president and CEO should be referred to as Keetha Mills on first reference and by last name only in
subsequent references.
